Hi, everybody!

Thanks for joining us for another installment of "Here's Where We Are In This Unbelievably Complex Process Of Opening A Bar In New Orleans." Things are moving along swimmingly. Construction is drawing to a close and we're now entering the wonderful world of intertwining inspections. We've officially passed our electrical inspection. Coming up today is a building inspection to release temporary power. And hopefully, next week, we'll be seeing an inspection from the Fire Marshal's office. Fingers crossed! (O, Thanksgiving. Such a charming way you have of derailing the best-laid timeline.)

Meanwhile - here's a look at our pretty bar!

Not a new view, but with the cardboard off the floor you can see the dyed concrete. Plus, the barback build-in of the walk-in alcove is now complete. Just needs liquor!
