Holy cow, you guys.

It's 3am on Ash Wednesday. Mardi Gras, at least on St. Claude, seems to have drawn to a close. We can't thank y'all enough for coming by, hanging out, and meeting new people over burgers and beer. Whether you were on your way to a parade or on your way home - we hope you enjoyed! We learned a lot this Mardi Gras, and can't wait to do it again next year. But in the meantime, we heard this weird rumor... Is it true that some folks dodge the red meat during Lent??

Be it true or be it vicious rumor, Junction's got ya covered. Starting tomorrow evening, we've got a great Fish & Chips feature on our daily menu. A 6oz cod fillet, split in two, beer battered and served with our hand-cut fries for $9. Malt vinegar. Cajun Tartar Sauce. Your call.

But wait... there's more? Oh, but yes. For the end of Mardi Gras doth usher in the most glorious season of all seasons here in the land of New Orleans. CRAWFISH SEASON. You guys: we're going to boil at Junction. YES. This Friday, 5p-9p. Come down. Eat crawfish. Be happy.
